HOLIDAYS:

1. Passport valid at least 1 month with 3 unused/blank visa pages.

2. Completed visa application form no. B184 (must be completed in blank ink and block letters only)

3. Original 6 months Bank Statement with minimum balance of 60000/- (every page of statement must be have bank stamp and signature)

4. Proof of Hotel Booking, (verifiable) stating the following: physical address, as well as contact details of the hotel as well as authorized signatory name, designation and signature.

5. NOC for leave from Employer/ School/ University clearly mentioning the details of the applicant and the dates of travel. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signatory name, designation and signature.

6. A day to day Itinerary/ Travel plan covering your stay in South Africa.

7. Vaccination Card (yellow fever), if applicant will travel through or stay in Yellow Fever belt.

8. Confirmed Return/Onward Air Ticket

9. 2 recent passport size photographs (35x45mm)

10. Marriage Certificate (where applicable).

11. Notarized letter of consent for minors travelling alone or with one of the parent’s, and a full birth certificate. The application form for minors has to be signed by either of the parent’s.

12. Original covering letter signed by the applicant (should clearly mention who will bear the expenses of the trip).

13. Copy of passport’s first and last pages

FAMILY VISIT:

1. Passport valid at least 1 month with 3 unused/blank visa pages.

3. Proof of Financial means in the form of last 3 months Bank Statement, or salary advice.

4. Letter of Invitation from the South African hosts stating the name, passport no. of applicant as well as purpose and duration of visit. Letter must have the physical address, contact details of the host name designation and signature.

5. Certified copy of the host’s ID or copy of residential status (permanent residence permit or work permit)

6. NOC for leave from Employer/ School/ University clearly mentioning the details of the applicant and the dates of travel. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signatory name, designation and signature.

7. Vaccination Card (yellow fever), if applicant will travel through or stay in Yellow Fever belt.

8. Confirmed Return/Onward Air Ticket

5. Reference/Introduction letter from Indian employer. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signatory name, designation and signature.

6. Vaccination Card (yellow fever), if applicant will travel through or stay in Yellow Fever belt.

7. Confirmed Return/Onward Air Ticket

8. 2 recent passport size photographs (35x45mm)
