1. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months.

2. 01 Visa Application Form

3. 04 photographs with white background in size 35x45mm on matt paper sheet with 80% close face.

5. Hotel booking confirmation or sponsorship letter from sponsor (in case of sponsored case)

6. confirmed return flight ticket

7. Covering letter from applicant and leave letter & Employment certificate from Current Employer.

8. Visa fee: 2100/-

9. Applicant can be called for personal interview in certain cases

10. Process time 3-5 days from the time of visa application submission.

VISA APPLICATION FORM

1. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months.

2. Completed Form-14A (original)

3. Completed Form-V39A (letter of introduction for Visa application)

4. 02 photos in pure white background, with 80% close face from head to first button of shirt, on Matt paper sheet. photos must be taken within 3 months and must not be used in previous visas stamped in passport.

5. Computer printout of the Singapore registered Business entity’s detailed business profile(showing the names of all the Directors/Shareholders) from the instant information service, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and printed within the last 3 months.

6. Letter of Introduction (LOI) may be issued by a local contact in Singapore. For visa applicants attending business negotiation/discussion in Singapore, the local contact must be a Singapore registered business entity. The person acting on behalf of the business entity must be a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 year old. If you are not able to furnish a LOI from a local contact, you may approach your Embassy to issue a LOI to support your Visa application.
